Each ring is handcrafted in solid sterling silver and made to order.

Orders & Production

All rings are made to order.

Production time is approximately 2–3 weeks before shipping.

Because each piece is shaped and finished by hand, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

Gince & Roy does not mass produce or cast jewelry.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Gince & Roy does not store or have access to your payment information.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Québec, Canada.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Gince & Roy is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or carrier disruptions.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

All rings are made to order.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of the work, returns are not accepted for sizing errors, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please ensure your size is correct before placing an order.

If your ring arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Gince & Roy within 5 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Privacy

Personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process and fulfill orders.

Gince & Roy does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties, except as required to process payments or ship orders.
